Terms

Short, because the service is simple. Use it, don't abuse it, and don't rely on it for anything a lawyer would care about.

Last updated September 13, 2026.

The service

Email Spam Tester takes a message you send to a disposable address, runs it through a set of technical checks and returns a report. It is operated by Serhii Tanichev, an individual, and it is an independent project with no company behind it. By using the site, the API or the MCP server you agree to what follows.

Free, for now

The first 100,000 reports are free for everyone. No account is needed and there is no cap per person. I may later change the free allowance, add paid options or shut the service down. Any of that will be announced on the changelog before it happens. Report links that exist stay readable for as long as the service runs.

What you agree to

What the report is, and isn't

The report describes what the software measured about one message at one moment. It is a diagnostic. It is not a promise that any mailbox provider will deliver the message, and providers change their rules without asking me.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. There is no service level agreement; the health check at /health is the honest status. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses that follow from using the service or from being unable to use it.

Your content

You keep every right to the messages you send. You allow me to process them to produce the report and to keep the report at its link, as described on the privacy page. Nothing you send is used to train anything.

Removal

Report links are permanent by design, and they can still be deleted on request. Email hi@email-spam-tester.com with the link.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. Changes appear on the changelog with the date. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it. Questions about any of this: the same address.
